October 3rd, Best possible self...
I read about an exercise posed to help move towards a best possible self, through the act of writing. For 4 consecutive nights, you write in details not as much as the what, but the how you see yourself becoming your best possible self.
The goal of consecutive writing is to redirect, reframe any thoughts that are changing or interfering with the narrative. The act is promoted to generate positivity in mindset, and a purpose in spirit. It has piqued my curiosity, as a self-acclaimed die-hard self-discovery junkie!
Problem is – I need to get to a vision, a place where I can see who that person is, in actual details, not just big picture characteristics. Thinking it is worth a consideration to engage in the exercise, soon!
