February 21st - Lighten up...
If ever a couple words rang true…now more than ever, I feel like we could all take a deep breath and “lighten up”. During my morning meditation, another perspective than the obvious, was presented.
“Heaviness makes it possible to learn love.” How often life’s best lessons come from experiencing the opposite. It makes sense, we have to know one to know the other, even more to bring out the magnitude of both. Allowing me to solidify or determine the direction I prefer.
In the never-ending heaviness, it becomes more and more clear the need for light, for love. When I wonder how to make a positive change, I believe I can start there. I must stop taking on the noise and start portraying how love can provide hope, create positivity, lead us on a path out.
With light, we are able to see more clearly, feel less weighty.
