November 20th, Ok to be in spaces...
Hear these words, self – it is ok to be stuck, to be in the space you are in. Embrace.
Stop feeling guilty for feeling, nothing. That is what the space looks like at the moment – haunted by the ghosts of hard to feel, difficult to think, a lack of focus, wavering concentration, an absence of motivation.
What to do with these shadows, let light keep shining upon them. Darkness will keep them hidden. With light I can expose and shape them. Patience.
