February 14th - Be My Valentine...
The holiday to celebrate love, Valentine's Day! For me, once I had children, it has been less about romantic love and ALL about the love I have for those in my life. Our tradition, a nice family dinner, dessert (which we didn’t usually have) on the fine china!
As the years progressed, I often would be traveling and substituted for dinner, chocolates through the mail, at a time it was special and unique to get packages delivered. I expanded my wishes to nieces and nephews. Now, I like to send many, many wishes to those I am so grateful for and love having in my life.
Perhaps a bit cynical, but still supportive of everything romance, if you need a day to show how you feel – curious about the relationship.
Loving each other is an everyday celebration!
