December 14th, Paperwork...
OMG – I simply do not understand the paperwork associated with receiving medical care. Obviously, there needs to be an exchange of information to become knowledgeable of the situation being treated but how necessary is some of it AND is it really being read, or simply filed as a cya if needed later?
I just spent an hour doing a form for my mom – that she likely would have refused to complete if left for in-person before our appointment tomorrow. Maybe that would have been better. Not everything needed to be “required” or unable to move on. Gave up on form 2… I may have already taken too much liberty and should prepare to be scolded. Doing for mom (or treating like a child) not accepted!
There must be a better way to gather data, my problem-solution instincts insist and would like to question.
Hmmm, too much is a bad thing…day 151!
